Our Services
Psychiatry
Psychiatric care involves both evaluation and medication management. Your provider will speak with you to gain an understanding of your symptoms and concerns. They will collaborate with you and other medical specialties to develop a comprehensive treatment plan and provide education on your treatment options. Cultivate accepts patients for medication management ages 5+.
Cultivate offers medical marijuana examinations as part of our holistic approach to medication management.

Adolescent, Adult, and Individual Therapy
Individual therapy promotes your overall wellness through examining your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and developing skills to alleviate mental health symptoms. You and your therapist will make an individualized treatment plan that is specific to you and your needs.

Ketamine treatments use FDA approved intranasal Spravato to treat conditions such as depression and PTSD. Ketamine is administered in our soothing office environment under medical supervision. Co-founder
Kinsey Reeves is the Co-founder of Cultivate Psychiatry and Wellness and is a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Practice nurse practitioner.
Kinsey enjoys working with individuals ages 13+ with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders in addition to a passion for perinatal psychiatry and women's mental health. Kinsey utilizes both medication management and therapeutic approaches and believes strongly in a collaborative treatment plan with shared decision making based on your individual goals.

Dr. John Aziz
Psychiatry
MD, FAPA
Co-founder
Dr. John Aziz MD, FAPA is the co-founder of Cultivate and is a triple board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Aziz enjoys working with patients ages 16- 95 across the diagnostic spectrum. His special interests include geriatric psychiatry, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, depression, and anxiety, and addiction.
Dr. Aziz offers examinations for medical marijuana recommendations and is a board certified provider for disability examinations.
