Kinsey Reeves is the Co-founder of Cultivate Psychiatry and Wellness and is a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Practice nurse practitioner. 

Kinsey enjoys working with individuals ages 13+ with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders in addition to a  passion for perinatal psychiatry and women's mental health. Kinsey utilizes both medication management and therapeutic approaches and believes strongly in a collaborative treatment plan with shared decision making based on your individual goals.

Rachael Faris is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Rachael enjoys working with patients ages 13+. Her special interests are in working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder.

Evan graduated from Indiana University with his degree in Psychology before pursuing his lifelong dream of moving to Colorado and teaching snowboarding in Breckenridge. He then went on to pursue his master’s degree in nursing at The Ohio State University and is board-certified in psychiatry and mental health. Upon graduation Evan began working at Boundless Health, treating individuals with a wide range of psychiatric illness, including a large population with co-occurring Autism and developmental disorders.  Since then, he has worked in various outpatient settings in central Ohio. 

Evan's areas of clinical interest include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. He enjoys working with people of all ages, including children & adolescents. While Evan does provide medication management, he strongly believes in a holistic approach to treatment, including therapy, lifestyle changes, diet, and sleep hygiene.

Aryn Miller is a masters prepared Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. 

Aryn specializes in women's mental health with a focus on perinatal, postpartum, and beyond.  She has specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and holds a Perinatal Mental Health Certification through Postpartum Support International. 

Aryn is a client-entered therapist with a warm and collaborative approach.  She sees patients in person and virtually. 

In addition to her passion for maternal mental health and wellness, Aryn enjoys working with healthcare professionals, adolescents, and young adults. 

Outside of work, Aryn enjoys hiking, the zoo, and spending time with her family.

Karlee is a master's prepared Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with experience in proividing family therapy and individual counseling. She utilizes evidence-based approaches to meet the needs of her clients. She has an interest in working with clients with ajudstment disorders, anxiety, and mood disorders. 

Karlee works with clients ages 8+.  She see's patients both virtually and in person primarily in the evenings and select weekends.

Ali is a masters prepared independently licensed social worker with a passion for working with individuals across the lifespan and diagnostic spectrum. 

She has a special interest in individuals with depression and anxiety, grief and bereavement support, body image concerns, advanced life planning, and more. Ali practices through active listening and client centered empowerment.  

Ali works with clients 12+ and has a 

practice interest in older adult populations, particularly those navigating retirement concerns and psychosocial complextities  later in life. Ali see's patients both virtually and in person primarily in the evenings and select weekends.

Outside of work, Ali enjoys gardening, reading, crochet and spending time with loved ones.
